LEIGH CRIZOE
Leigh Crizoe is a Los Angeles-born musician, producer, arranger, and writer who began his professional career while still in his teens. Over the course of his career he wrote and produced hundreds of radio and television advertising campaigns, including the iconic You’ve Got the Look, the Jordache Look jeans commercials and Nobody Beats the Wiz — which later became Biz Markie’s hit Nobody Beats the Biz. His music has been featured on Seinfeld and Saturday Night Live and sampled by artists including Michael Jackson, Kanye West, Nas, and the Black Eyed Peas. He also composed the theme for the feature film The Last of Robin Hood.
In recent years, Leigh has turned his focus to health and longevity. A longtime advocate of organic, plant-based eating, he has produced content with leading voices in natural health, including David Wolfe, Brian Clement of the Hippocrates Health Institute, and others. After facing a serious high blood pressure crisis of his own several years back, he channeled his personal experience into The Fail-Safe BP Control Arsenal, a practical guide to managing hypertension through diet, nutrition, and lifestyle — without prescription drugs.
Leigh lives in New York City and upstate New York with his partner Rhio, with whom he co-hosts the The Grounded Zone podcast. He also co-hosts a podcast with Cathy Ann Burns called Laugh for Longevity. He is also the founder of TheLongevityNetwork.net.
